Enlace Rural is a Civil Association that started in 2009 with the objective of helping marginal communities develope and grow wholly. We help four communities in the state of Hidalgo, implementing different projects and activities with adults, teenagers and children. One of the communities is Plomosas, in which the project of Conscienté has been growing. In this project, nine women participate in the cultivation of tea plants, that are being commercialized in Mexico City. All the utility is directly returned to them and reinvested in the production, packing and branding of the products . We want to take the project to the next level by introducing new technology to the orchards in which the plants are cultivated. Also, we want to put biofilters to help with the reusage of water and provide a solution to the severe problem of water that the community endures. With all this implementations the production will increase 3x in the same scale as the earnings for the woman in the community.
