Who we are

We are an association in Oaxaca that works to create and provide a funcional means a higher quality of life for indigenous peoples who may suffer from a motor disability or the loss of a superior member (arm, hand, or finger(s)). Using emerging technology, the team designs and fabricates prosthesis and orthesis, donating them to those with most need, and accompanying them through a personalized therapy journey.

A Hand for All A.C. Started as an the initiative of a few young people who were determined to somehow give back to their home state of Oaxaca. The association was formed in 2018 and is comprised of a group of multidisciplinary mecatronichs engineers, specializing in the areas of healthy such as: physiotherapy, tramatology, and other areas; and who all identify with the same cause.

The team at A Hand for All knows that each case is unique, which is why they work towards a more pesonalized care of patients, from the therapy to the design and fabrication of the protheses/ortheses, favoring a more whole rehabilitation.

For us, it is a pleasure to be able to impact our society by returning just a little of what Oaxaca has already given to each of us. By way of our donors, our hard work, ever-growing knowledge, and implementation of new technologies we will be able to reach out to and help more people who have suffered the loss of an arm, hand, or have some other area of need that affects movement of these members; making it possible to impact both the quality of life of our patients and their ability to reintegrate into society.
